Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal says he will not
pick players on reputation alone.
Wayne Rooney is currently suspended, while Michael Carrick
and Phil Jones have been sidelined by injury, but 19-year-old Paddy McNair has
impressed at the centre of defence.
However, ahead of Monday's Premier League game at West Brom,
Van Gaal says no players will "walk back" into the side.
